We are actively looking for Equity Investment Opportunities in the Manufacturing Space for our own Family Office and our co-investors.

We personally believe that the so-called “Asset Reconstruction Companies” are more focused on Asset Selling rather than on Turning around businesses. We are actively looking for turnaround opportunities to invest in – Businesses that have the potential but are facing constraints and difficulties – Financial, succession or any other.

If your business meets the following criteria and you are looking for equity investments, we would want to hear from you –

1. You are a MSME engaged in manufacturing.
2. You are open to diluting at least 26% stake in your company.
3. You COGS is less than 75% of sales for B2B Business and Less than 50% for B2C Business.
4. Your Business is not dependent / focused on government / PSUs.
5. You are looking for solutions around the issues (financial or otherwise) you are facing.
6. You intend to continue running the business and are keen on taking the same to next level.
